Dr Michaels is a Sho-Tai ( show-tay ) Master. The discipline incorporates many other modes and methods previously discussed on our programs such as kineseology and iridology, but yet it stands alone as a beautiful healing art that takes one many years to master. A prerequisite of benevolence and a guided spirit help make the foundations of people like Larry Michaels. His sincere desire to bring wellness to others and his passion for learning more each day have shaped him into the man he is. With a feverous pitch of excitement to his voice Dr. Michaels told us that by looking at a patient’s tongue, a properly trained Sho-Tai practitioner can ” see ” if this person is suffering from ulcers and many other afflictions.

Disputed validity by Health Canada, according to my preparations for the show, I was quickly reminded of how not so long ago Chiropractors in America did not have the respect that they have garnered in today’s generation. Medical doctors of the ” old dark ages ” would never refer a patient to a Chiropractic Doctor for treatment regarding sports injuries, on the job injuries and those realated to automobile accidents. Certainly insurance companies would never offer coverage. We have come a long way in this Journey To Wellness we are on. With people like Dr Michaels and our many other fine guests we have featured, the world is getting better all the time.
