What a great time Doug Widdifield and I had talking to Denis Pequin on October 1st 2009!
Denis has been involved with nutritional cookware systems probably longer than anyone in North America and yet he still has incredible passion for the industry. In fact I gathered from Denis a sense of responsibility to educate people about doing their very best to insure that their families are receiving optimum benefit from the foods that are prepared at home. I, being an owner of one of these fine ” kitchen jewelry ” collections only wish that when we were raising our five children we would have had this incredible equipment!

I was reminded of the first time I saw Mr Pequin give a demonstration of the proper procedures with the cookware and how enthusiastic he was through the whole process. This is something that Denis really believes in and although he has taught tens of thousands nutritional cooking, Denis never tires of his sheer delight in his profession.

We are happy to be affiliated with Denis Pequin and his partner and lovely wife Clara. They are part of our extended Zenus family and will be here for us in the near future for training and education. Stop and think for just a moment; if we are striving to optimize our immune system’s defenses and promote the friendly flora in the gut- making healthier choices about what we eat, then why would we just keep cooking on an old aluminum or non-stick coated with toxins cookware set, or a microwave oven that depletes the enzymes right out of the food? It’s like having a nice Lexus, BMW or Mercedes Benz automobile and then buying cheap re-treaded 2-ply tires for it! ( well okay, maybe that’s a stretch but you see what we’re saying) Why would you want to jeopardize your family’s health, nutrition and safety when it comes to cookware? Besides, it has been proved that the very best Cookware will last a lifetime. Its not an expense then, it’s an investment !
